Regarding the exit strategy, it's very subjective depending on your risk apatite, position size and where you have entered.
I generally follow this simple rule.
1) Look at Quarter on Quarter performance of the company.
2) Read and follow the company on Social media (linkedin) on their progress such hiring, expansion, fund raising etc.
3) Check the charts on Weekly timeframe and be invested till it breaches 40 week EMA, as long as it doesn't break 40 Week EMA. I stay invested.
All of the above is based on Long term investment perspective.
Rest if on your own due diligence.
